I got the tube to London a couple of months ago to visit the Tate Modern, and I thought it was interesting how some of the stations were really old-fashioned and some of them were really modern.
This is some platform at Southwark (can't remember which one...) I liked how everything was all metallic and shiny and the trains were behind a window with slidey doors. xD; It was cool, it reminded me of something out of science fiction. It also reminds me of one of those triangle pictures you draw when you're learning perspective. X3
I'm not really a photographer... could you tell? xD I know nothing about lighting and stuff, I just liked this shot.
It's funny, i see these metalic London stations almost everyday but i never actually stopped to look at it like i just did with this photograph That is a nice shot
I can't get over how empty it is either....I think I've been to this station, I remember the funky sliding doors and thinking it was like something out of Doctor Who or something!
Nice to see you trying your hand a photography even though you're not a photographer as such, and I think you actually pulled the lighting off really well in this shot!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
